Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content linked or referenced on this Site infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) on our Site).
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will process compliant notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may forward the notice to the source of the content and/or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the content if the counter-notification is valid and no legal action has been filed.
